Attractive room rates were negotiated with the Hotels, which includes bed and breakfast.

In order to reduce their overall conference costs, PhD students will by default share rooms (double occupancy, at Alpe Fleurie).
The hotels’ standard room cancellation conditions applied to each participant. The organisation takes no liability with regards to room booking or the payment of any cancellation fees.
Room booking is only accessible to participants presenting an invited or contributed abstract (see list of participants).
