Session proposal

The BASP Frontiers steering committee is inviting the community to submit proposals for the organisation of the sessions that make up the conference programme (see Session organisation for details). A session proposal would consist of a session title and abstract, and include the names of speakers for 4 invited talks and 2 invited posters. This is a chance for leading researchers to steer the selection of subjects covered at the conference. Based on the proposals received, the steering committee will engage with selected prospective organisers for co-organising a session. Please expect that the committee suggests amendments to the original proposal (topic and/or speaker list) to ensure a coherent programme. Session proposal is managed through the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT). Authors are required to register their email address with CMT during the submission process if they do not already have a CMT account.

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
