Outdoor
From Monday to Thursday, 11:00 to 17:00, participants will have the opportunity to enjoy some skiing, walking, make use of the Viu’s fitness and wellness facilities or explore the lively village. Extra activities were not organised by BASP Frontiers. Ski passes are available at the train station. For more information on the ski facilities, see the Villars-Gryon Ski page. Ski equipment can be rented either from Happy Ski (mention BASP Frontiers to get 20% discount), with higher quality material available at the Sport’shouse (mention BASP Frontiers to get 30% discount).
Meals
From Sunday to Thursday, exquisite lunch packs will be organised, which participants can enjoy either on the slopes, or at hotel Viu’s restaurant.
Dinners every night will place just after the end of the evening session. All but one dinner will take place at Viu’s restaurant, including 2 Chinese dinners, 1 Italian dinner, and 1 Swiss Raclette on Thursday evening after the Best Contribution Awards ceremony. On Tuesday evening, the BASP Frontiers crowd will move for dinner to another venue.
BASP Frontiers dinners are organised as professional networking events. Partners will be admitted on Tuesday and Thursday only.
