The conference will be held at Viu Hotel Villars ****, in the heart of Villars-sur-Ollon village, few meters away from the train station and from the departure of the local mountain railway giving direct access to the slopes. The hotel is privatised for the conference.
Given the limited capacity of Hotel Viu (58 rooms), attendees will also be accommodated at our secondary hotel, the Alpe Fleurie ***, just few meters away (23 rooms).
Early-career researchers (PhD students, or junior postdoctoral researchers with PhD award date in 2023 or later; exact cut-off date to be communicated upon registration opening) will by default be accommodated in shared rooms (double occupancy).
Both hotels have been recently fully refurbished and will ensure the best experience for all attendees. All the logistics and attendees distribution between the hotels is handled by Hotel Viu. Please do not contact Hotel Alpe Fleurie for reservations.
