The conference registration will be processed directly by Hotel VIU in one single payment, including the conference fees and the accommodation cost.
Conference fees (regular and early-career): 1199 CHF — Conference fees are inclusive of the conference room and hotel facilities (incl. a wellness centre), all lunches and (exquisite, international) 3-course dinners, two (augmented) daily coffee breaks, and the (famous) evening aperitif.
Regular room rate: 170 CHF (single occupancy); 105 CHF (double occupancy) — Prices are per person per night, and inclusive of breakfast. An additional daily 3.80 CHF city tax will apply.
Early-career room rate: 105 CHF (double occupancy) — Due to limited capacity and to reduce costs, early-career researchers (PhD students, or junior postdoctoral researchers with PhD award date in 2023 or later; exact cut-off date to be communicated upon registration opening) will be accommodated in shared rooms (double occupancy). The hotel will aim to meet requests for single occupancy wherever possible. Prices are per person per night, and inclusive of breakfast. An additional daily 3.80 CHF city tax will apply.
Important notes: (i) registration is only accessible if you have an accepted abstract; (ii) participants will be notified of which hotel will accommodate them early in the new year (VIU or Alpe Fleurie); (iii) cancellation conditions apply (see registration form); (iv) the organisation declines any responsibility in case of accident, disruption of travel plans, or cancellations (please arrange proper insurance).
