BASP Frontiers conference fees include the conference facilities (incl. wellness centre), all lunches and 3-course dinners, two (augmented) coffee breaks, and the (famous) evening aperitif with nibbles.

In order to reduce their overall conference costs, PhD students will by default share rooms (see Room booking).
The organisation declines any responsibility in case of accident or disruption of travel plans. Conference fees were not refundable. Participants were requested to arrange proper insurance to cover accident, travel disruption, or any form of cancellation.
Registration is only accessible to participants presenting an invited or contributed abstract (see list of participants).
